Greetings dear colleagues and esteemed professors

It is indeed a great honor for Khorasan Razavi Neurology Society that after holding the eighth international MS Congress in Mashhad,for the second time,we were able to hold the sixteenth MS Congress in Mashhad on 13^th to 15^th of November 2019,next to the holy shrine of the eighth Imam of the Shiites.

The ever increasing prevalence of MS particularly in the past decade in young adults,requires more accurate and well-designed diagnostic methods,as well as sparing more endeavors to introduce new efficient treatments and new rehabilitation methods. In this respect one of the contributing efforts is holding annual international Congresses so as to prepare the ground for young neurologists to learn about the latest developments about MS and exchange views and discuss the matter deeply.

It is my privilege and honor as the president of the sixteenth MS Congress to organize and host participants from Iran and other countries at the subject event,made possible with kind collaboration of the scientific and executive secretaries of that event.

Eagerly me and Other neurologist colleagues are waiting to meet you again on 13^th to 15^th of November 2019 in Mashhad.

The 16^th International Congress of MS is held while the MS Association and Neurological Association of Khorasan Razavi are the hosts of the great professors and colleagues from inside of our vast country Iran and from abroad.

We do our best to hold a large scientific congress in accordance with international standards deserving the educated Iranian scientific society and create an appropriate ground for exchanging new scientific information in the MS area.
